TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ORDER TIMELINE
Our company handcrafts all products within 10 to 14 days.
Oftentimes, orders process faster than that, but we can’t guarantee a faster processing time due to our suppliers, if an item needs to be made- to-order. Please contact us if you need an item for a specific time and we will do our best to make it work for you, if possible.
MADE TO ORDER VS PRE-ORDER
Check a listing carefully to understand if a product is pre-made and ready to ship or if the product is ordered before it’s handmade.
Both are handmade but the pre-made is shipment ready while the made-to-order products take 10 to 14 days to be created for you.
HANDMADE DISCLAIMER
The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% handmade on site.
All pieces are slowly and carefully handmade, in our studio in Texas. Each handmade piece is unique and may contain the slight imperfections that you would expect with a handcrafted item. Perfectly imperfect.
When purchasing our hand stamped items, please remember that we hand stamp each letter – any minor imperfections that you find in our pieces only help to beautify and substantiate the handmade quality of the items.
As with all handmade jewelry, please be mindful to take care of it. It should not be worn in the shower, while cleaning, during strenuous activities such as sports, or in the pool.
Sun, heat, lotions, pools and chemicals can affect stones negatively. Clean silver (not the stones) with a gentle polishing cloth, especially made for jewelry. (One is included with all purchases.)

CUSTOM ORDERS
Arnao Designs offers some custom items. Please check our listings.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of the order. The 50% deposit is non-refundable. No exceptions. Final pictures will be sent for approval before final payment is sent. Final payment is due prior to the item being shipped. There are no returns or refunds after a completed custom order.
Custom orders have a lengthier processing time. Please email info@arnaodesigns.com for details.
RETURNS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase (not date of receiving item(s)), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Because of the nature of these items, we cannot accept returns for:
* Personalized and/or customized items are exempt from being returned
* Items on sale
* Digital items
We want you to be happy with your purchase, if for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, please contact us first for a resolution at info@arnaodesigns.com. Once the return is agreed upon, you must ship it back within 5 days of contacting Arnao Designs. Buyer pays postage/tracking for all returns.
Please note: We do not offer refunds/returns/exchanges on sale items.
REFUNDS
A refund will be given once the item is received in our shop. Please purchase tracking on your item when you send it back, so you can see where it is in transit. Once your return is received and inspected in our shop, we will send you an email, to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If a coupon was used, the item is not refunded at the full item price but the price you paid when the coupon was used.
Items canceled within 24 hours of purchase, will be refunded.
Please note: We do not offer refunds/returns/exchanges on sale items.
LATE OR MISSING FUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Coupons may not be applied to sale items.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please email us a photo of the defective or damage, so we may determine if it is eligible for an exchange.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
NOTE: The International customer is responsible for paying any import costs to the shipping carrier, such as duties, import taxes, or brokerage/disbursement fees upon delivery.
